I agree with Ale’ah and Adralyn n When I first began this book I did not like it at all. While reading this book I got really into it and did not want to read it or annotate it. I thought it was very boring but, it's actually really interesting.
The book is actually good, then i thought it was going to be. What Ale’ah said about: the rap part got more more interested and wonder why Amir did not do anything or help some one who sees him as a brother and always help him.
in class we were having a debate about weather or not it was right for Amir to watch Hassan get raped. Alot of people said what was this little kid going to do against these big oh fifteen year old. But I was saying so what, he should have still saved his best friend. Now in this second section we've found out that Hassan and Amir are really bothers. HOW CRAZY RIGHT. Who would have thought. That's what made me even more angrier than before, the fact that Hassan and Amir were brothers and Amir sat and watched. That's just straight wrong in my opinion how could a real friend do such a thing.
What Ale’ah said about this part in her blog post is not right. Amir did not saved Hassan, because he sees him as a servant a no body, he only play with him just to tease him and laugh at someone who don’t know things that he knows. Amir only read to Hassan, so that Hassan can ask him what a word mean, so he can laugh at him.
Amir himself said that, Hassan can’t not be his friend, because they are from different tribes that don’t like each other, he is rich and Hassan is poor. But after the rape Amir felt sorry, embarrass, and disappointed in his self, that he no longer can play with Hassan or even talk to him. He could not stand the shame anymore he had to lie on his name so that all the guilt in side of him can go away.
Even after every think Amir did, Hassan still pick him up and agree that he was the one who stole the money and watch when he had no idea how it got in his father house. Hassan left, because he knew that Amir would never talk or play with him anymore. So far this book is good.

Kite Runner
The Kite Runner is about friendship, betrayal, and the price of loyalty.
Hassan and Amir grew up together, lived in the same house, were fed
from the same breast, and shared many other similarities. Yet, there
are differences between them, and those differences created who they
are. Amir and Hassan grew up in two different worlds: Amir is the son
of a wealthy man, while Hassan is the servant of Amir’s father, and he
is a Hazara. Which at that time, a Hazara wasn’t worth to played with, nor talked to.
I agree with Ashli that the Kite Runner is about friendship, betrayal, and the price of loyalty. This book is mostly about friendship and everything that has to do with it. In the book Amir is not that loyalty to Hassan as Hasssan is to him.
The part of the book that talks really about their friendship, was the part Hassan got raped, because Amire did not take Hassan as his own brother even though they hang out a lot and are always with each other Amire once said that Hassan can’t never be his brother, because he is a Hazara.
Amire was very jealous of Hassan, he thing his father love Hassan more than him. Whenever he do something good his dad don’t see it. He felt like he was sharing his dad with Hassan and he don’t want that.He wanted his father to his self only.
Ashli said that he was selfish, and i think in a way its kind of truth. He did not do anything to help his friend out when he was getting raped. He just stood there and watch. In my opinion if Amire was going to step in Hassan was never going to get raped, because the other kids know his father is rich and they will not want to hit a rich men.
The part of this book that really touch me was when Amire flam Hassan up. After the rap part Amire could not stand benign in the same place as Hassan, he stay away from him and don’t talk to him But he still felt guilty for not helping him out. So after his birth day he took all his money and new watch that he got an hide it in Hassan and his father house saying hassan stole it so ht his father could throw them out.

Lennie vs his society

10.19.10 Of mice and Men Essay
In Of mice and men, there are two important characters George and Lennie , they are two men who are in California during the great depression, when most people were very poor and need to go on field to work in order to get money. Even though both men know each other very well and been to gather, they still has lots of differences. George is the small and skinny, he is also the smart one. George is like a big brother to Lennie, because he always tried to tell him what is right and wrong, he help him every time he gets in trouble. George is a good friend anyone can ask for, he sometimes sacrifice his job and ran away with Lennie when he do something wrong. He is also the one who do the speaking when they are getting jobs and he even answer some of Lennie question when he has one he can’t answer. Lennie is the huge and tall one, but he is mentally disabled and he’s a trouble maker. His brain is slow, so he always do bad things and don’t realized what he has done, till someone tell him and then his brain get caught up. These two character were faced with many conflict in this story. They had a job first in this place called Weed, but they had to ran away, because Lennie made a big trouble there, and he can go alone on his own, so he had to go with George.
The central conflict of Of mice and men, is character vs society, because Lennie is face with all the characters in the book. He got in a fight with most of them or don’t get along with most of them.Lennie always end up in a mess and even George who knows him all his life can’t still get along with him. In this story Lennie is vs his whole society. The main reason Lennie is vs all these character is because either they don’t understand him, or he also misunderstand them. Lennie is mentally disable, so lots of people decides to pick on him, or he do something wrong to them without knowing that it’s wrong. I pick two quote from the story that will support my central conflict of the story.
“I got you, you can’t keep a job and you lose me ever job i got. just keep me showing all over the country all the time. and that ain’t the worse. You get in trouble. You do bad things and i got to get you out. You crazy son-of-a-bitch. You keep me in hot water all the time”.
I chose this quote, because that was when George got really mad at Lennie and he could not take anymore of him getting in trouble. This was when they first got came from Weed and Lennie kept playing with with a dead mice. George love Lennie, but Lennie is always getting his self in trouble with something else. The reason why they had to leave Weed, was because Lennie wanted to touch a girl red dress, because he thought it was nice and he wanted to feel it.While he was touching the dress the girl got scary and started screaming, so now George and Lennie had to ran and find another job.
“You stop it now, you'll mess it all up, you let go”
I chose this quote, because this is the mean conflict of the story. Lennie was always playing with fury things and like touching soft things, so when curly wife said he could play with her hair he was happy to do it. Then he started pulling her hair. When she started screaming, he got angry, because he don’t want George to hear her screaming and get mad at him, saying that he can’t play with the rabbit anymore, so he close her mouth and pulled her hair hared. Lennie was a huge guy so his hand also covered her nose making hard for her to breath, so she die. George try to save Lennie, but he know that Lennie will never stay out of trouble so the best thing was for him to go to a place where he will be happy and don’t make anymore trouble, so George killed Lennie.
In conclusion, as i said before this story is central conflict is character vs society, because Lennie is vs George, Carly's wife, Carly, and even the bus drive that took them out of Weed. Lennie was always against his society from the beginning to the end.

Never Have I Fallen
Your lips speak soft sweetness
Your touch a cool caress
I am lost in your magic
My heart beats within your chest
I think of you each morning
And dream of you each night
I think of your arms being around me
And cannot express my delight
Never have I fallen
But I am quickly on my way
You hold a heart in your hands
That has never before been given away
- Rex A. Williams - ,
Love Is ...
Love is the greatest feeling,
Love is like a play,
Love is what I feel for you,
Each and every day,
Love is like a smile,
Love is like a song,
Love is a great emotion,
That keeps us going strong,
I love you with my heart,
My body and my soul,
I love the way I keep loving,
Like a love I can't control,
So remember when your eyes meet mine,
I love you with all my heart,
And I have poured my entire soul into you,
Right from the very start.
- Meghan - ,
When I'm with you,
eternity is a step away,
my love continues to grow,
with each passing day.
This treasure of love,
I cherish within my soul,
how much I love you...
you'll never really know.
You bring a joy to my heart,
I've never felt before,
with each touch of your hand,
I love you more and more.
Whenever we say goodbye,
whenever we part,
know I hold you dearly,
deep inside my heart.
So these seven words,
I pray you hold true,
"Forever And Always,
I Will Love You."
- Chris Engle - ,
Love Defined
What is love, but an emotion,
So strong and so pure,
That nurtured and shared with another
All tests it will endure?
What is love, but a force
To bring the mighty low,
With the strength to shame the mountains
And halt time’s ceaseless flow?
What is love, but a triumph,
A glorious goal attained,
The union of two souls, two hearts
A bond the angels have ordained?
What is love, but a champion,
To cast the tyrant from his throne,
And raise the flag of truth and peace,
And fear of death o’erthrow?
What is love, but a beacon,
To guide the wayward heart,
A blazing light upon the shoals
That dash cherished dreams apart?
And what is love, but forever,
Eternal and sincere,
A flame that through wax and wane
Will outlive life’s brief years?
So I’ll tell it on the mountaintops,
In all places high and low,
That love for you is my reason to be,
And will never break or bow.

The Qfwfq Essay
Qfwfq is a type of character loves to face challenges and is proud of who he is.
In the story The Dinosaurs, Qfwfq was the last dinosaurs left. He was staying by his self for many years, so he decided to go find other specials. Then he came around the “New Ones”, they did not know he was a dinosaurs, but they see him as a stranger, so they called him the ugly one. Q did not feel fit in, so he decided to leave the village. “ I looked around: the village that had seen me arrive as a stranger i could now rightfully call mine, and i could call Fern-flower mine, in the only way dinosaur could call something his. For this, with a silent ware, i said goodbye and left the village, and went off forever.” This quote tells me that Q don’t feel like he belong with the new ones. He feel like he is very different from them and he need to go find other species. He also feel like his job in the village is done. They no more cared about dinosaurs and don’t think of them as evil. The way the quote shows is when he said the village is now his, so he need to go get another village to be his.
Even when Q losses he doesn't even care, he just moves on to something new. In the story The Aquatic uncle, Q has a uncle who is a fish. Q girlfriend LL was on land like Q, but when she met his uncle he told her how living under water is fun, how you can get a lot of food. LL started taking swimming lesson from the uncle while doing that she feel in love with him and decided to marry him and go live with him. “But , after all, what could i do about it? I went on my way, in the midst of all the world transformed.” This quote tells me that Q will always tried to move on no matter what happen or came in his way. He always will tried to find another challenge and try to find someone who will loves him for him. The way the quote shows it was that his feelings were hurt, but he move on with his life and said she is gone and i can’t do anything about it, so i got to move on with my life.
Q loves who he is and will never change that. He will always be q and no one else even when he is a different characters he still got the Q person in him. Like in the two story's we read about him he was different characters, but he still tried to find new challenge and faces them. He always move on to another level. “ i might encounter another who bore witness to a past beyond all return, a dinosaur who had survived into the beginning of the world, or a crocodile part of the past that had discovered a way to remain immobile through the centuries. They had something, i know , but i would not trade places with any of them. That shows that he love who he is and will never change it.

n school, especially for girls, bullying is a second nature. Whether it is by mental or physical abuse the results end up the same. For example, insulting someone is the same as beating someone to the death, however, of course the person is suffering till the day they pass. Sadly, I've been on both sides of the bully situation.
It was either because i felt insecure and lashed out on a classmate, or i was cornered and force to hear the scarring insults. Although the insults bullies say hurt and devour the remains of a person's confidence, i doubt the cycle will ever end due to the fact one will always think they are better then the other. Bullies bully because they are either conceited, or need an excuse to feel better about themselves.
As longs you have a conscious(Sp?) you will question your social position and if your position can be compromised you would do anything to raise your status. However, it is possible to regret your decision, but it doesn't change the past.
My respond to Meriam Quote is that bullying is not especially for girls, most of the boys get bully more than girl.A boy can get bullies for been smart, for not doing things kids his age are doing, for even not having sex. Most boys get beat up for his own homework that he stay up all night to do. Boys getting bullied is harder than girls.
Girls can get bullied too. When I first came in this country I got bullied a lot, because i was from Africa. A mostly get bullied by others female its hard to see a boy bullied a girl. A female bulling another female is not that bad as a male bulling another male. They are more valiance and heartless.
Meriam is right about the part that bulling will never end, because one think she is better than the other. No human will ant to say she/he is equal to another. The raceme will container and people will keep fighting for power.

Comming from a different country
Coming from a new country it not easy, First of all they are both very different in so many ways. I remember when my dad first told me that we were coming to the U.S. I was happy, but sad at the same time. I didn’t want to leave my family and friends. When I got in the U.S at first everything was different. When I was in Africa I thought the U.S was going to be different, but it was the same as Africa.
The only things that were different were how the kids treat you. When I start school same kids were nice but must of them were mean. They used to laugh at me and threaten me. They used to call me lots of mean names and when I tell the teacher all they do is talk to them, but they still do the same thing. One night I cry and said I wish Africa was just like America that the teachers could beat the kids to discipline them. When I really want to get the lesson than they start talking and I get really mad.
The most annoying parts are when it’s my turned to read my paper or present my projects they don’t respect me. Every time I tell them to be quit they get mad at me. Then when I got in the 6th grade I got really fed up with them and started getting in fights. Than the teachers always get on me very hard, because they know how I act, so I tried my best to stay away from them. I just feel like its not fare how they treat you and they also believe everything they see on T.V. They think Africa is full of animals and jungle which make me really mad. Because in my opinion Africa is much pretty and civilize.

In my Shoes
Everyone think I should be happy, because I’m the only child of my parents. People expect me to always be happy with what I have. When people see you dress nice they thing you got it all and your life is fine. Well that was my life until when my dad had cancer and die of it my whole world came down. All my friends stop hanging around me, some even made their new cool kids crew and I was left out. My mom was so frustrated that she got on drug and everyday different men came to our house and she tell me they were her business partners. I started been badly in school, I disrespect my teachers, don’t do my homework, and even stealing, because that’s was the only way I could feel better. I was the hottest of the school and popular of my whole town. I had any boy I want to have and I make sure all the kids that get good grades get beat up and I also make them do my homework. I even had my own gang group and make my boys steal phones, i Pods, and money for me. My principal once call my mom and told her what I did to this girl name Alex, but when I went my mom was gone and she left a note that she was going to be back in a month and we can talk about my behalves. I got really mad, because I was doing all these things to make her notice how change I’ve become, but she didn’t even care. I cry my self to sleep that night and pray to God and cry to him, so he could see how my life change when he took my father away. The next day at school when I got in the hallway, most of my friends were running away from me like I was a ghost or something. At that moment I knew that I was not hurting my mom I was only hurting me and my dad is not pride of me. I draped out of my gang group and started doing my homework; I was talking with the kids I used to call nerds. One night while I was sleeping I hear a car drive in our garage and when I went downstairs my mom had a new car and she told me she went to rehab and she promise she will always look at for me.

REASON WHY ABORTION IS WRONG!
First of all abortion is wrong because it murder. killing an human been is illegal in the united states. If a woman get pregnant then then the first thing that comes to her mind is abortion she should never be allow to get pregnant again.
Ways women can stop being pregnant is getting on the pills or just don't have sex at all. If a women get pregnant and she said she’s not prepared to have a baby there is something call adaption, she can give her baby to someone who will be willing to take care of the baby and someone who really need the baby.
The pro might say well is her choice if she don't want the baby. If that was you who were in the women stomach would you like her to take you out and don't even care about you just kill you because all she is thinking about is herself? Why Abortions Should Be Illegal” It's wrong for a physician who has taken an oath to preserve life, can actually kill a defenseless unborn child. Literally ripped out many times in pieces from their mother’s womb.
That is why I will give you nine reasons why abortions should be illegal. How can society sink so low? How can any stretch of human thinking come to the conclusion that “ Thou shalt not kill” does not include the killing of an unborn child? Life and death decisions should be in the hands of God our creator and not at the whim of the baby’s mother. So when you say a woman should have the choice to kill her unborn child, then in reality, you are believing in the taking of a human life.
To allow An defenseless unborn baby to be torn apart and killed has got to be one of the most diabolic and repugnant acts ever done, by any person who has walked the face of the earth. Since abortions were legalized, there has been a sharp rise in premature births in subsequent pregnancies due to damage done to the cervix and the uterine endomorphism during an abortion.
This will lead to low birth weights and thus physical and mental problems in the child, including cerebral palsy. There is also a 50% increase risk of breast cancer for women who have had induced abortions. This will increase to 200% if she is a young lady and it is her first pregnancy. It will rise to 270% if there is a family history in cancer.
In our fight for abortions it’s love that enables us to “lay down over lives for our children”. In abortions, it is just the opposite “ my child you must lay down your life so that I can live as I want to.” Unborn children should not be discriminated against and targeted for death just because they are growing and developing inside their mother’s womb. They should not be targeted for death after birth since they are continuing to grow and develop. T
he deception of the development is inconsequential, and should not be held against the unborn and used as an excuse to kill them. There are nine reasons to me why the abortion situation should be illegal all over the world. Abortion is a choice between allowing an unborn baby or child to live or to kill it. Why would anyone want to have an abortion in the first place?
